# Troubleshooting

> When Few does something you did not expect.

  <Accordion title="Few closed a tab I wanted" icon="undo-2">
    Every batch notification has **Undo**, which reopens what it just closed,
    and the popup keeps **Undo last** for an hour afterwards.

    To stop it happening again, protect the site: hover the tab in the popup's
    Bin list and choose **Protect site**, or add the domain in Settings. Pinning
    a tab also protects it.

  <Accordion title="Nothing is happening" icon="pause">
    Check the switch in the popup first — Few may simply be off.

    If the popup says Few has paused, the trial or subscription has ended; see
    [Your account](/docs/guides/account).

    Otherwise, remember that the default rules are patient: a tab has to go
    3 hours unused before anything happens to it, and the clock for tabs that
    were already open starts when Few is installed. The **▷** test button in the
    editor reports what would happen right now.

  <Accordion title="Few moved a tab from one of my own groups" icon="layout-grid">
    It should not. Each action has a **Leave tabs in my own groups alone**
    switch, on by default. Open the step in the editor and check it is still on.

  <Accordion title="My tabs all reloaded" icon="refresh-cw">
    Tabs in Bin are unloaded to save memory, and Chrome reloads one when you
    open it. That is the reload you are seeing, and it only affects tabs that
    had already moved to Bin.

  <Accordion title="Few made a group with the same name as one of mine" icon="folder">
    That is fine: Few keeps its own record of the groups it made, so it does not
    confuse yours with its own even when the names match. Yours stays yours.

    Earlier versions marked Few's groups with four dots, like `....Docs`. Those
    are renamed automatically the next time the browser starts.

    The extension checks your account every few hours rather than continuously.
    Opening the dashboard and reloading the extension's page brings it in line
    immediately.
