End-of-day tidy: clear your Chrome tabs at 6pm on weekdays
Nothing moves during the day. At 6pm on weekdays, everything you aren’t looking at goes to Bin (if Chrome is open then).
The steps: Weekdays at 18:00 → Move to Bin → In Bin for 5 days → Close.
Who it's for
- People who work from open tabs all day.
- Anyone who wants a fresh browser each morning.
What happens
- Nothing is moved during the day.
- At 18:00 on weekdays, the tabs you aren't looking at move into Bin.
- After 5 days in Bin they close, with Undo.
Always
- The tab you are on is never moved or closed.
- Pinned tabs and sites you protect are never touched.
- Tabs in groups you made yourself and tabs playing sound stay where they are.
Good to know
- Chrome has to be open at 18:00 for it to run that day. The time is yours to change.
How to use it
- Download End-of-day tidy: a small workflow file.
- Open Few's editor (click Few in Chrome's toolbar, then Rules), choose Import and pick the file.
- Save. The steps replace your current workflow; your protected sites and grouping stay as they are. Every step can be changed afterwards.
